Payments

Platforms that have to authorize, settle, and pass.

Certification, gateway architecture, and production cutover for companies that already move card payments. Authorization, settlement, and the morning after a migration are the job. The custom software practice is the front of the company. This is the work it was trained on.

The engagement

Gateway.

A processing platform that has to authorize, settle, and stay up. One production gateway ran on Azure, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and Redis at 99.99% uptime and millions of transactions a month.

Processor certification.

PCI DSS and EMV taken through Global Payments, Fiserv, TSYS, FIS, and Chase. The deliverable is the certification and the production cutover, with the people who will run the platform able to run it.

Acquiring and ISO.

Acquiring and ISO integrations, including a REST framework used by banks and merchants in Mexico, Hong Kong, Australia, Ireland, and Singapore.

Hospitality and cruise.

Oracle-certified hospitality and cruise integrations for Carnival and Margaritaville. A processing migration off a proprietary platform finished two months ahead of schedule, with settlement still running the morning after.

Scale.

Capacity taken to 2,000 transactions a second. Governance work that sat under a completed acquisition. Teams of 6 to 16, in the United States, Singapore, India, and Argentina.

How to engage

Remote, and corp-to-corp. The engagement is a certification sprint, a migration off the platform you are on, or a longer stretch on the gateway itself. The first conversation is the certification or the cutover already in motion: which processor, what has to authorize and settle, and what has to be running the morning after.

Price is based on the task, the duration, and the numbers managed on the site. Rates are consistent with modern AI-driven development.
